Assisted Reproduction technoligies in gene town?

Personally i think embryo stem cell research should be allowed in gene town because it is a great revolution in medical science. It is an amazing way to save lives.

One of the reasons it is so great is because when a woman donated a embryo it doesn't just grow into a baby. So if you use assisted reproductive technology will help that embryo grow into a young baby. If we didn't have assisted reproduction technologies those little embryo's would just die off. It is such a great way to save lives and help make new families.

Another great reason is that that it can help us live. It can almost stop heditary diseases like some cancer, down syndrom and even huntington disease. Image being born with one of these diseases, you would be sick and unhappy for ur whole life. If gene town let assisted reproduction technologies into their town they could help many many families from being hurt.

My 3rd reason is that if they allowed assisted reproduction technologies in gene town they could find a easier, cheaper way to do this. They also might find a way to completely cure hereditary disease in the near future.if They just give assisted reproduction technologies a little time the scientists could find a way to fix all the possible flaws in assisted reproduction technologies.

These are some of the many reasons of why i think gene town should allow assisted reproduction technologies to be used.

Embryo Screening

Personally i think embryo screening is a great thing to do. It is a great way to save lives and help families live a normal life and be happy. There are so many different advantages to embryo screening. One is that you can almost completely stop hereditary diseases. It is a great way to help and stop some hereditary cancer, down syndrome and even Huntington disease. I honestly think this is one of the best scientific inventions so far. If it could be cheaper this would be a great way to save lives. Another great feat embryo screening can do is make a baby healthy so they can take bone marrow stem cells and give it to its sick brother or sister. As science progresses there will be even more uses for embryo screening. I think they might be able to completely stop hereditary diseases for good in the near future. This is a great invention and i think it will be able to help people live longer lives.

my common genetic characteristics

I have straight pinkies. The genetic trait of staight pinkies have been passed down from my moms side. Both my sisters also have straight pinkies. The null of this would be having curved pinkies.
Just like my ppinkies i have straight thumbs. The girls in my family all have curved thumbs so i must have got the genes from my dad and not my mom. Alot of people have curved thumbs that is the null of this trait.

I do not have a white forelock. Most people on my dads side dont have a white forelock. i also dont have a widows peak on my forehead. the null of this would be having a white forelock and a widows peak.

I do have dimples on my cheek. My dad aslo has dimples. I don't have a cleft chin though no one in my family has one. the null of this would be not having dimples and a cleft chin

This is my tongue and i can roll it. Most of the people in my family can do this so i think it is genetic. I think it is cool how i can roll my tongue cause sometimes i can even whistle when my tongue is rolled. the null of the trait would be being in-able to roll their tongue.

This picture is of my ear. I have really big ears and ear lobes because my dad had big ears when he was a kid so now i have them too. I also have danglers which are ear lobes that are not connected to my head. the null of this would be if u had small ears that were attached to the head.



I definitely do have a mid-digit hair on my finger. This is a dominant trait. Most people in my family have the mid-digit hair. The null of this would be living without the mid-digit hair.
